About the internship
Intern's Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit 30 retail stores daily in any allotted area in Pune cluster to demo BharatGo SMART POS billing software + small portable printer and collect orders
2. Make 10 WhatsApp video calls to company leads for SMART POS demos and order closure
3. Send morning and evening report with photos to team manager
4. Follow up on previous day leads via WhatsApp/calls/texts
5. Follow up with office team to ensure paid customers profile is set and live
6. Collect weekly printer stock from office based on sales prospects

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,999 - 6,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1 - 30,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 500000/year1. Stipend: INR 6,000 fixed + commission = INR 15,000-25,000/month possible
2. Market sales commission = INR 600/sale
3. Online leads commission = INR 400/sale
4. Additional incentives like bonus and rewards for highest sales

4. 9AM-6PM (8 hrs work + 1 hr break)
