About the internship
Lakush is a buyer-first real estate platform helping homebuyers make clear, informed decisions in a market that is usually seller-driven. Our goal is not to push sales but to help buyers evaluate the right projects, compare options, and choose confidently.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate property site visits with homebuyers across Bangalore
2. Understand buyer requirements and guide them through suitable project options
3. Explain project layouts, pricing, and builder offerings clearly
4. Ensure buyers are not pushed through pressure or FOMO; focus on thoughtful decisions
5. Build relationships with both buyers and builder sales teams
6. Work with the inside sales team to schedule site visits and follow-ups
7. Record site visit feedback and update lead status in CRM/tracking sheets

Other requirements
1. Comfortable traveling across Bangalore for site visits with buyers

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 420000 to 480000/year1. ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month and performance incentives.
2. High performers may be offered full-time roles after the internship.
