About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury project sites to identify new business opportunities.
2. Meet architects, builders, contractors, and project managers to collect project information.
3. Identify key decision-makers involved in material selection for projects.
4. Track project stages, estimated material requirements, and potential order value.
5. Prepare and submit daily or weekly field reports to the sales and projects team.
6. Generate qualified leads for Tiles, Marble, and Mosaic product categories.
7. Coordinate meetings between architects, builders, and NITCO sales managers.
8. Follow up on sample approvals and ongoing material discussions.
9. Support the sales team in tracking project progress and conversion status.
10. Visit dealers and retailers to understand ongoing project supplies and requirements.
11. Collect market feedback related to pricing, product demand, and competitor activity.
12. Build relationships with local influencers and stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.
13. Identify brands specified or supplied in ongoing projects.
14. Track competitor pricing trends and product preferences in the market.
15. Share real-time market intelligence and insights gathered from field visits.
16. Maintain structured project data using Excel or Google Sheets.
17. Submit weekly pipeline updates and maintain opportunity tracking reports.
18. Coordinate with sales, projects, and marketing teams for follow-up actions and project updates.
