DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Assist the field sales team with lead generation and prospecting by identifying and researching potential clients (e.g., dental clinics, laboratories, and educational institutions).
2. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
3. Shadow senior sales representatives during client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales calls to learn effective sales techniques.
4. Help prepare and customize sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
5. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information on leads, accounts, and sales activities.
6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling.
7. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance your skills.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on business objectives

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
7. Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
8. Must be able to travel locally within a designated territory for field work as required.
