About the internship
1. Analyze and interpret financial information from financial statements, annual reports, and other sources to assess company performance.
2. Perform peer benchmarking and valuation analysis to evaluate how startups stack up against industry peers.
3. Maintain and update fundraising data across the startup ecosystem.
4. Conduct research and data analysis on market trends and the startup landscape.
5. Prepare marketing presentations and teasers as needed.

Other requirements
1. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce from a reputed institution and may be pursuing or have completed an MBA, CA, or CFA.
2. A good understanding of the startup ecosystem, particularly funding-related concepts, is essential, with exposure to equity research and/or fundraising activities in startups preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance concepts is required.
4. A keen interest in finance, startups, and emerging businesses is expected.
5. Prior internship or professional experience in finance or startup environments is preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis or AI-based tools is required.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
8. Candidates should be quick learners with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
