About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage Zoho Books for accounting purposes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Reconcile invoices from various sources with credit card, bank statements, and invoice clients accordingly.
3. Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
4. Support month-end closing procedures.
5. Ensure timely statutory compliance, such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
7. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
3. Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally.
4. Knowledge of statutory regulations such as Income Tax, GST, etc.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
