1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and accurate data analysis.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, customer receipts, and reconciliations.
3. Generate and process invoices based on approved purchase orders; resolve discrepancies with procurement.
4. Conduct monthly reconciliations of purchase orders, invoices, E-Way Bills, vendor remittances, and third-party sales.
5. Maintain ledgers, records, and documentation to support audits and ensure financial compliance.
6. File TDS returns and handle the issuance of credit and debit notes on time.
7. Perform data entry and analysis using Advanced Excel and Tally, including preparation of dashboards and financial models.
8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives.
9. Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
10. Participate in audits, inventory tracking, and other cross-functional finance projects as required.
