About the internship
At TTBTE, we work closely with fast-growing startup founders to turn ideas into investor-ready businesses. We are looking for a sharp and ambitious Commerce graduate to work directly with the Founder. This is not a back-office accounting internship.
You will gain exposure to:
1. Startup financial models
2. Fundraising strategy
3. Business model breakdown
4. Investor metrics (CAC, LTV, burn rate, runway)
5. Internal accounting & compliance
If you want to understand how startups raise capital and how investors think, this role is for you.
Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
A. Business Model & Fundraising Finance
1. Assist in analyzing startup business models
2. Break down revenue streams and cost structures
3. Support financial modeling for fundraising
4. Study valuation logic and investor metrics
5. Assist in preparing financial projections
B. Internal Finance & Accounting
1. Assist in end-to-end bookkeeping
2. Perform reconciliations
3. Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, ROC filings
4. Maintain structured financial records
5. Track cash flow and working capital
C. Founder's Office & Operations
1. Support investor documentation processes
2. Organize financial data for startup clients
3. Assist in compliance-related coordination
4. Improve finance tracking systems
5. Take ownership of finance-related tasks to free up Founder bandwidth
