About the internship
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Intern who can help us maintain accurate financial records, manage day-to-day accounting, and keep our books updated and audit-ready.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally
2. Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
3. Maintain receivables, payables, and expense trackers in Excel.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on expenses, cash position, and ledger summaries.
5. Organise invoices, vouchers, and GST/TDS documentation for CA and audit requirements.
6. Identify discrepancies, missing bills, and duplicate entries, and ensure timely resolution.
Other requirements:
1. Working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting entries.
2. Strong Excel skills and data-handling abilities.
3. Good understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail.
4. B.Com / BBA (Finance) graduates, or candidates pursuing CA Inter / CMA.
5. Prior finance or accounting internship experience is preferred.
