DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Conduct company and industry research using public financial data, annual reports, and market sources.
2. Collect and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) to evaluate company performance.
3. Prepare financial summaries and ratio analyses (P/E, P/B, ROI, etc.) for internal or client reports.
4. Track and monitor stock market trends, sector movements, and macroeconomic indicators.
5. Assist in creating financial models and projections for valuation or forecasting purposes.
6. Support senior analysts in preparing research reports, pitch books, and investment presentations.
7. Compile and maintain databases of company financials, industry data, and historical trends.
8. Summarize key findings from financial news, research papers, and industry updates.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (finance), MBA (finance), economics, CFA level 1, BSc finance, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of financial statements, investment concepts, and valuation methods.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
4. Familiarity with financial portals such as Yahoo Finance, Moneycontrol, or Screener.in.
5. Prior internship or academic project in finance, equity research, or investment analysis preferred (not mandatory).
