The FMCG field sales intern will work on the ground with the sales team to visit retailers, generate new business for the company, observe order booking, and support daily sales activities. This role will have 50% filed work and 50% from an office job; it is a mix of both.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Accompany field sales executives on market visits
2. Interact with retailers and distributors, offices
3. Assist in order collection and reporting
4. Observe product placement, visibility, and promotions
5. Collect market feedback and competitor information
6. Submit daily visit and learning reports
