About the internship
We are looking for a highly proactive and emotionally intelligent Founder's Associate to act as the right-hand to the Founder of Vyomira Tech. This is not a typical internship; it is a high-responsibility role for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from scratch.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the primary bridge between the Founder and the technical/content teams. You will take daily updates, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the workflow smooth.
2. Operations Management: Monitor sales calls and lead generation to ensure no customer interest goes unanswered.
3. Help manage the Founder's schedule and provide professional (and at times, motivational) support to keep the momentum going.
4. Assist the Founder in hiring a new, high-energy team.
5. Track growth metrics across LinkedIn and Instagram and present a simple daily 'Pulse Report.'
