5. Identified companies establishing GCCs in India and built target client databases
6. Researched hiring demand across Middle East and European markets
7. Supported go-to-market strategies for international hiring initiatives
8. Studied sourcing channels including vendors, field agents, and digital funnels
9. Analyzed hiring funnels from lead generation to placement and identified process gaps
10. Developed recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency in hiring
11. Collaborated directly with the founder on high-impact business projects
12. Created reports, dashboards, and execution plans to support decision-making
