About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to companies and pitch our talent solutions to onboard them as hiring partners.
2. Doing marketing through channels like Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, X, etc.
3. Screen resumes and conduct basic interviews to assess candidate fit for various positions.
4. Coordinate with companies to track interview rounds, selections, rejections, and overall hiring progress.
5. Research potential partner companies, colleges, coaching institutes, and influencers for collaborations.
6. Support the founders in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across calling (sales), recruitment, and partnerships.
