About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. GTM, sales, and market-entry strategy
2. Strategic and special projects across different parts of the company
3. Founder decision support researching problems, analysing options, and helping structure important business decisions
4. Building pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and research
5. Speaking with customers, conducting customer discovery and synthesising feedback into product and GTM insights
6. Testing FinPera and identifying product improvements
7. Supporting product launches, new initiatives and experiments
8. Supporting marketing, partnerships and outreach
9. Researching markets, competitors, industry developments and new opportunities
10. Running small GTM, product or marketing experiments and analysing what works
11. Helping build repeatable processes, SOPs, workflows and internal systems as the company scales
12. Supporting partnership, investor and ecosystem research where relevant
13. Helping execute initiatives across strategy, operations and finance
14. Experimenting with AI tools and finding better ways of getting work done across the company
