Founders Office - Operations Internship in Pune at One32 Dental Care

One32 Dental Care is a fast-growing health tech startup headquartered in Pune. Beyond delivering high quality care and customer-centric experiences, we are building something bigger: system-driven dental platform. We're testing new operating models, building strong unit economics and leveraging technology to reimagine how healthcare networks are built, run, and scaled. This is an entry-level Founder's Office role focused on clinic operations and financial performance. Most of your work will involve operational execution, working with numbers, and improving systems on the ground. You will work directly with the founders to improve how our clinics run and how they perform financially. This is hands-on execution across operations, metrics, and systems.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Track and manage clinic-level profit and loss performance.
2. Monitor key financial metrics including EBITDA, margins, and productivity indicators.
3. Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion rates within clinic operations.
4. Reduce patient no-shows and support initiatives that increase repeat patient visits and revenue.
5. Standardize operational processes to ensure consistent clinic performance independent of individual staff members.
6. Identify bottlenecks in patient flow, coordination, and daily clinic operations.
7. Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools for operational review.
8. Analyze clinic performance data and support regular performance evaluations.
9. Create and implement standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency.
10. Work closely with founders to improve operational efficiency and financial performance across clinics.
