About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and update CRM systems including lead tracking, stages, and follow-ups
2. Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness across all records
3. Streamline processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
4. Coordinate with marketing agencies for campaign execution and content alignment
5. Collaborate with sales teams including inside and field teams to ensure smooth operations
6. Coordinate with hiring platforms, finance teams, and external vendors for ongoing requirements
7. Ensure alignment across teams and prevent process drop-offs
8. Track tasks across teams and ensure timely closure
9. Follow up consistently to achieve desired outcomes
10. Execute plans effectively and ensure on-ground implementation
11. Work directly with the founder on daily operational priorities
12. Assist in setting up systems across sales, hiring, and operations
13. Take ownership of tasks and manage small projects end-to-end

Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 450000/year
1. Full-time role based in Bangalore with no part-time option
2. Initial work-from-home setup transitioning to a hybrid model
3. Hybrid structure with a mix of office and remote work once the office is established
4. Work environment focused on outcomes, accountability, and task closures
5. Internship duration of 3 months with possible extension to 6 months
6. Stipend ranging between ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
7. Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance
