About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Manage the front desk, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation at all times.
3. Answer incoming calls, transfer them to the concerned departments, and take messages when required.
4. Handle visitor registrations, maintain logbooks, and issue visitor passes.
5. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
6. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries.
7. Coordinate with Admin and HR teams for daily operational requirements.
8. Maintain stock of front-office supplies such as stationery and ensure timely replenishment.
9. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, record management, and data entry.
10. Provide support during office events or meetings as needed.
