About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic Frontend Engineer Intern (with potential to convert to full-time) to join our product engineering team. You'll get hands-on experience working with modern frontend technologies like React and Redux, building user-facing features that directly impact our customers. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a full-time engineering role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. UI Development: Build and maintain responsive, interactive web applications using ReactJS.
2. State Management: Work with Redux (and middleware like Thunk/Saga) to handle data flows and asynchronous operations.
3. Design Integration: Translate Figma/mockup designs into clean, pixel-perfect, semantic HTML5 and CSS3.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver complete features.
5. Performance & Quality: Learn to optimize rendering performance, ensure responsive layouts, and contribute to code reviews and testing.
6. Documentation: Write clear documentation for components and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

1. Core Skills: Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with responsive design (Flexbox, CSS Grid).
2. State Management: Basic exposure to Redux for handling application state.
3. Problem-Solving: Logical thinker, able to break down UI challenges into smaller tasks.
4. Version Control: Familiar with Git and collaboration workflows.
5. Communication: Proactive in asking questions, discussing design/technical challenges, and learning from feedback.

Nice-to-Have:

1. Exposure to UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
2. Basic understanding of testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
3. Experience with personal/college projects, internships, or open-source contributions in React.
