DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Building and maintaining features across the FastAPI backend and React frontend
2. Working closely with the engineering team on bug fixes, UAT feedback, and new modules
3. Using modern AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed while maintaining code quality
4. Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and other development activities
5. Working with real client requirements and gaining exposure to production deadlines

Requirements:
1. Graduates or postgraduates
2. Immediate joiners
3. Confident, proactive, and equipped with excellent communication skills
4. Strong understanding of Python, JavaScript, and React fundamentals
5. Hands-on experience with modern AI coding tools such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar, including prompting, reviewing, and debugging AI-generated code
6. Ability to quickly read, understand, and work with existing codebases
7. Basic understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend communication
8. Genuine curiosity about software architecture and the ability to explain why a system works, not just how it works
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with real deadlines
10. Willingness to ask questions, learn, and incorporate feedback during code reviews
Good to Have:
1. Experience building or contributing to a CRM or similar business application, including personal or college projects
2. Familiarity with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, or asynchronous Python
3. Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
4. Exposure to Docker, Git/GitHub workflows, or basic CI/CD
5. Understanding of authentication concepts such as OAuth, OIDC, and JWT
6. Ability to use AI coding tools as a productivity multiplier while maintaining a strong understanding of the underlying code
