DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist players throughout their gaming experience briefing, guiding, and supporting them in each game room
2. Understand the functioning of interactive game rooms and help troubleshoot basic issues
3. Ensure smooth operations of the gaming facility, maintaining safety and flow
4. Manage player entries, session timings, score tracking, and equipment readiness
5. Engage with customers to create a fun, memorable, and energetic environment
6. Collect player feedback and help improve the overall guest experience
7. Support the team during events, group bookings, and high-traffic hours
8. Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of game arenas
9. Collaborate with the operations team for daily reports & task completion
