About the internship
Stipend: 5,000- 10,000 per month, depending on skills. Duration: 6 months. Work Type: Full-time
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Search GeM and government tender portals for relevant tender opportunities.
2. Summarise eligibility criteria, technical requirements, required documents, and submission deadlines.
3. Assist the tender team with bid preparation, documentation, and supplier follow-ups.
4. Maintain and update tender trackers using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Ensure that tender-related documents are organised and prepared for submission.
6. Support the team in tracking tender progress and meeting submission deadlines.

Who can apply

Other requirements
1. Graduates or final-year students pursuing B.Com, BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or related courses who can commit to working full-time for six months.
2. Candidates preferably based in Delhi/NCR who are comfortable working from the office.
3. Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days.
4. Good written English skills, with the ability to draft clear emails and understand tender documents.
5. A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with good accuracy.
6. Comfortable with online research, navigating portals, and handling PDFs, including scanning, merging, compressing, and uploading documents.
7. Able to compare tender requirements against checklists and identify missing information.
8. Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
9. Willing to coordinate with colleagues and suppliers, follow up regularly, and meet deadlines.
10. Detail-oriented, organised, and interested in building a long-term career in GeM and government tendering.
11. Prior experience with GeM or tender processes is welcome but not mandatory.
