About the internship
We are looking for a curious, internet-savvy global talent sourcing intern who enjoys researching people, discovering talent online, and identifying professionals across international markets. In this role, you will help our recruitment team identify high-potential candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and global talent platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in HR, recruitment, talent intelligence, and global hiring ecosystems. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities
2. Identify talent across North America, Europe, and global markets
3. Build candidate pipelines for various roles across industries
4. Maintain organized candidate databases and sourcing trackers
5. Conduct basic candidate research and profile evaluation
6. Support recruiters in shortlisting relevant candidates
7. Track hiring trends and talent availability in different markets
