About the internship
1. Assembly operations: Assisting with the assembly of mechanical components and systems.
2. Drawing interpretation: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with a strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
3. Supplier coordination: Collaborating with suppliers for new project developments, ensuring timely and quality delivery of components.
4. Tool proficiency: Utilizing various mechanical tools and power tools effectively and safely.
5. Material knowledge: Applying your knowledge of different materials, such as metals and plastics, in practical applications.
6. Measurement and inspection: Using measuring instruments accurately to ensure parts meet specifications.
7. Manufacturing process understanding: Demonstrating knowledge of various machining operations such as VMC, Lathe, Milling, EDM, and surface treatment processes like electroplating, powder coating, laser cutting, sheet metal bending, and laser marking.
8. Metallurgy knowledge: Basic understanding of metallurgy, including heat treatment processes and their various types.
9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Other requirements
A. Educational qualification:
1. Graduate in mechanical engineering or production.
2. Engineering.
B. Technical skills:
1. Solid understanding of engineering drawing, reading and interpretation.
2. Proficiency in GD&T parameters.
3. Familiarity with common mechanical tools (e.g., Allen keys).
4. Basic knowledge of various materials (metals, plastics).
5. Ability to use measuring instruments accurately.
C. Soft skills:
1. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
