1. Collaborate with the content manager and branding officer to ensure consistency of designs across various video, audio, and print content
2. Work with a copywriter and branding officer to produce the final design
3. Create compelling and effective flyers, banners, informative videos, and other designs, and launch videos
4. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
5. Create minimal animations as well as graphic images
6. Study design briefs and determine requirements
7. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
8. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
9. Amend designs after feedback
10. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing
Skills & Requirements:
1. Final year/3rd-year bachelor's degree or equivalent from a premier design school
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other video editing software, Figma, and other relevant design software
3. Be a creative problem solver
4. Be able to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced environment
5. Research, discover, and implement new tools, technologies, and industry best practices to maximize efficiency
6. Understanding of the digital space and different genres especially LinkedIn, Facebook, website, Instagram, YouTube & Twitter
7. Attention to detail and a relentless desire for innovation
