Position: Graphic Design Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who can support our marketing team by designing eye-catching visuals for social media, branding, and digital campaigns. You will work closely with the social media team, learn real industry workflows, and contribute to live client projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Designing social media posts, stories, reels covers, and ads for clients and the agency.
Creating banners, thumbnails, posters, and marketing collaterals as required.
Working with the content and social media team to convert ideas into visuals.
Understanding client brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in design.
Editing and retouching images when needed.
Experimenting with color combinations, typography, styles, layouts to create creative variations.
Preparing multiple design options for campaigns and designs.
Staying updated with latest design trends, UI/UX styles, and social media formats.
Managing project files properly in drive/folders for easy accessibility.
Making corrections or revisions based on feedback from the team or clients.
Participating in brainstorming sessions for creative ideas and concepts.
Ensuring on-time delivery of all assigned designs.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to take feedback positively and improve continuously.
Time management and discipline to complete daily tasks.
