About the internship
1. Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
2. Edit and produce high-quality videos for reels, ads, and brand stories
3. Collaborate with the social media team to develop creative assets aligned with strategies
4. Brainstorm and execute design concepts that resonate with client brands
5. Stay updated with design & video trends to keep content fresh and impactful
Skills & tools:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects
2. Strong sense of design, typography, color, and layout
3. Creativity with attention to detail
4. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines

1. Should be highly creative with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
2. Must have their own system/laptop capable of running design and editing software smoothly.
3. Should be proactive and able to contribute fresh ideas for campaigns.
4. Must be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in design, typography, and layouts.
5. Should have the ability to adapt to different brand styles and industries.
6. Must be a team player, open to feedback, and collaborative with social media managers, writers, and clients.
7. Should be self-motivated and capable of working independently when needed.
8. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.
9. Knowledge of current social media trends, memes, and design aesthetics is a big plus.
10. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the team.
