About the internship

PanScience Innovations (PSI) - (common ownership - Indika AI Private Limited) is India's largest venture studio in AI and Deep Tech, headquartered in New Delhi. We're committed to building science-backed, tech-enabled ventures that address high impact, emerging market opportunities. We operate at the intersection of innovation, research, and business execution, launching bold, founder-led companies from the ground up.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design & Editing Intern with a strong grasp of graphic design and video editing to support our content and social media teams. This role is perfect for someone who can visually translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, and impactful content.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Create engaging graphics, infographics, and motion content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Website, YouTube, etc.)
2. Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, reels, product explainers, and internal storytelling
3. Assist in developing brand-aligned visuals across digital touchpoints
4. Support in maintaining a consistent visual language across content
5. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams on creative briefs and content planning

Who can apply

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent

2. Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory and typography

3. Basic video editing skills with attention to pacing, audio syncing and storytelling

4. Portfolio showcasing previous work in design and/or video

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

6. Creative thinking, flexibility and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

7. Experience in motion graphics, animation or 3D design (bonus)

8. Familiarity with branding, layout design and storytelling techniques (bonus)

9. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and content optimization for social media (bonus)

Additional information

Remuneration Details:
1. Total Stipend: Upto 15,000 (Fixed stipend: 5000/monthly + performance bonus)
