About the internship
1. Design social media content, marketing posts, and visual stories that align with our brand.
2. Create brochures, presentations, and illustrative artworks for campaigns and events.
3. Work on both digital and print-ready designs when required.
4. Apply principles of design psychology and user-centered thinking to create visuals that communicate effectively.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency and clarity.
6. Explore creative directions, but balance them with function, purpose, and user impact.

Other requirements
1. Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
2. Understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, composition, balance, hierarchy).
3. Awareness of user psychology and how design influences perception and behavior.
4. Ability to work on feedback and improve designs iteratively.
5. Strong sense of accountability, discipline, and willingness to learn.
6. Creativity combined with problem-solving—designs should be not just aesthetic, but meaningful.
