About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Visual content creation:
1. Conceptualize and create on-brand visual assets for digital and print media
2. Design social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube thumbnails
3. Create website banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations
4. Develop branding for offline and online events
5. Design visuals for email marketing campaigns
B. Tools & asset management:
1. Maintain and organize design files, templates, and asset libraries
2. Optimize design files for size, format, and responsive performance
Tool proficiency:
1. Knowledge of Canva
2. Knowledge of Figma
Preferred to mindset:
1. Proactive and self-driven approach to work
2. Openness to feedback and willingness to revise designs
3. Passion for storytelling through visual content
4. Strong understanding of how design impacts marketing performance
