DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Execute daily design creatives across digital platforms and internal touchpoints.
2. Support marketing, social media, and internal communications with fast, high-quality design outputs.
3. Maintain strong brand consistency while ensuring visual quality across all assets.
4. Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback to continuously improve creative outcomes.
5. Bring fresh, trend-driven ideas to disrupt standard visuals and elevate the brand's look and feel.
6. Assist in creating basic motion graphics and simple animations when required.
7. Help speed up creative turnaround times by efficiently handling multiple design tasks.

Other requirements
A. What we are looking for:
1. A curious and creative mindset with strong design fundamentals.
2. Proficiency in Figma & Creative Cloud for creating polished and production-ready designs.
3. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or willingness to learn.
4. Someone who is observant, innovative, and stays updated with design trends.
5. Ability to take feedback positively with a “let’s make this better” attitude.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick iterations.
7. A team player who contributes ideas and values collaboration.
Bonus points:
1. Basic motion graphics/animation skills or video editing experience.
2. Familiarity with web design fundamentals or content management tools (e.g., WordPress).
