About the internship
1. Create visually compelling designs across digital, print, and social media, including website banners, emailers, packaging, event assets, and marketing collaterals
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, product, sales) to develop creative solutions aligned with brand and business goals
3. Conceptualize and execute original design ideas for campaigns, homepage layouts, product drops, and promotions
4. Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints while pushing visual innovation
5. Adapt assets for various formats/platforms (web, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta ads, etc.)
6. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
7. Contribute to the evolution of ZILO's visual identity, style guide, and creative direction
8. Stay updated with design trends, fashion inspiration, and content innovation in the e-commerce space

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and After Effects is a bonus
2. A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social media creatives, and brand storytelling
3. Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
4. Strong time management and ability to prioritize across multiple tasks
5. High attention to detail and a drive for pixel-perfect design
6. Great communication skills and openness to feedback
7. Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
8. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or certification in graphic design, communication design, visual arts, UX/UI, or a related field
