About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with business, growth, and product teams to improve key metrics across user acquisition, engagement, and retention
2. Ideate and conceptualize growth experiments and drive them through execution
3. Support business analysis on user cohorts, funnels, and growth experiments
4. Execute customer engagement campaigns across CRM tools such as push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app channels
5. Design and set up user journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns based on user behavior
6. Track and analyze campaign performance including CTR, conversion, and retention, and derive actionable insights
