About the internship
As a Growth & Strategy Associate (Intern), you will engage with students and young professionals to understand their career aspirations and guide them towards suitable AI-driven career programs. This is a career guidance and growth-focused role, emphasizing strong communication, empathy, and the ability to support students in making well-informed career decisions.
The first 10 days of the internship are completely training-oriented, allowing you to learn, practice, and build confidence before independently handling responsibilities.
A. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Interact with students and young professionals through calls and chat-based communication
2. Understand students' interests, strengths, and long-term career goals
3. Assist in guiding students towards appropriate career pathways and programs
4. Support students throughout their career decision-making journey
5. Collaborate closely with the Career Advisory and Growth teams
6. Actively participate in training sessions, mock calls, and feedback reviews
B. 30-60-90 Day Internship Roadmap
1. Days 1-10: Training & Foundation:
a. Understanding the AI-driven career ecosystem
b. Basics of student psychology and career counselling
c. Structured training, shadowing, and mock counselling sessions
2. Days 11-60: Assisted Execution:
a. Assisted student interactions under guidance
b. Conducting guided counselling calls
c. Continuous feedback, mentoring, and skill enhancement
3. Days 61-90: Independent Ownership
a. Handling independent student interactions
b. Eligibility for performance-based incentives
c. Evaluation for PPO and role progression to Growth & Strategy Associate

Stipend Structure:
