About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales team, including regional and area managers.
3. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
4. Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
5. Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
8. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
