About the internship
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who want to gain real corporate experience in HR & Recruitment while earning attractive performance-based incentives. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn recruitment, communication, and hiring processes while working with real client requirements.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates through job portals, internal databases, references, and social media platforms.
2. Apply sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, job postings, and mass outreach to identify suitable candidates.
3. Review resumes and identify candidates who match client requirements.
4. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
5. Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with clients.
6. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until final selection and joining.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 20,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 500000/year2. Experience interacting with real client hiring processes.
3. Opportunities to develop HR, sourcing, and communication skills.
4. Practical exposure to job portals and recruitment sourcing tools.
5. The minimum assured stipend is provided during the internship period.
6. Performance-based incentives of ₹20,000 for every 8 successful candidate joinings.
7. Incentives of ₹40,000 for 16 successful candidate joinings.
8. Incentives of ₹60,000 for 24 successful candidate joinings.
9. No upper limit on incentive earnings based on successful placements.
