The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers. The role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and hiring processes while assisting the HR team in fulfilling open positions across departments. Based on performance, the intern may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
2. Perform initial resume screening as per job requirements
3. Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
4. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases using MS Excel
5. Support the HR team in job postings and candidate communications.
6. Maintain candidate records and documentation
7. Support the team in daily recruitment operations and reporting
