About the internship
We are looking for a reliable and organized HR and administration resource who will manage recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, coordination, documentation, and system-based operations. The person will work closely with the founder and manage HR and admin processes using Zoho One Business Suite.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Human Resources (HR):
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support:
a. Posting job openings on LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, etc.
b. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
c. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
d. Maintaining candidate records in Zoho Recruit.
2. Onboarding & Documentation:
a. Preparing offer letters, internship letters, NDAs, and agreements.
b. Collecting and verifying joining documents.
c. Creating employee profiles in Zoho People.
d. Supporting employee onboarding and induction.
3. Attendance, Leave & HR Records:
a. Monitoring attendance and leave applications.
b. Assisting with attendance regularization.
c. Maintaining employee master data.
d. Generating basic HR reports.
4. Performance Management
B. Administration & Office Operations:
1. Office Administration:
a. Maintaining office records and files.
b. Tracking office supplies and consumables.
c. Coordinating with vendors (internet, printer, courier, etc.).
d. Handling basic admin coordination.
2. Vendor & Support Coordination:
a. Coordinating with accountants, consultants, and service providers.
b. Maintaining an admin vendor contact list.
c. Tracking agreements, renewals, and documents.
3. Compliance & Documentation Support:
a. Maintaining HR, admin, and statutory documents.
b. Assisting with compliance-related paperwork (guidance provided).
c. Maintaining structured folders and document repositories.
C. System & Process Support (Zoho Tools):
1. Maintaining HR data in Zoho People.
2. Supporting Zoho Recruit hiring pipelines.
3. Assisting with workflows, forms, and approvals.
4. Maintaining SOPs for HR and admin processes.

Other requirements
1. Graduate or final-year student (BBA, BCom, BMS, HR, or similar).
2. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Comfortable using HR software and online tools.
5. Basic understanding of HR and admin processes.
6. Zoho experience is a plus (training will be provided).
7. Must have own laptop.
