About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make daily calls to candidates who are actively looking for job opportunities.
2. Understand candidate profiles, experience, skills, and job preferences.
3. Source and download relevant candidate resumes from Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
4. Screen candidate profiles based on the requirements of available job openings.
5. Share shortlisted candidate profiles with companies via email for further screening.
6. Coordinate with candidates and companies regarding interview schedules and selection updates.
7. Maintain and regularly update candidate records and recruitment databases.
