About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post job openings on various portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
2. Understand job requirements and handle recruitment for all levels.
3. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
4. Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews.
5. Maintain and update candidate data in records.
6. Make atleast 90 calls per day to potential candidates.
