DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
2. Post job openings on relevant platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.
3. Shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
4. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
5. Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, interview schedules, and feedback.
6. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
7. Support in campus outreach, LinkedIn sourcing, and passive candidate search.
8. Learn to evaluate candidates' tech skills through CVs and pre-screening calls.
9. Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Other requirements
1. Must be a current student at a Delhi University college.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proactive and eager to learn about recruitment and HR operations.
5. Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
6. Eligibility: Only for students currently pursuing an MBA from Delhi University colleges, who have completed their graduation in BCom, BBA, or other management-related fields, and are residents of Delhi NCR.
