About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand job requirements and handle recruitment for all levels.
2. Post job openings on various portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
3. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
4. Maintain and update candidate data in records.
5. Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews.
6. Make 90-100 calls per day to potential candidates.
