About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process on behalf of the client
2. Head hunt candidates from companies using references and professional networks
3. Search and locate potential candidates online through job portals, social networking sites, and other platforms
4. Conduct full interviews of candidates and assess their suitability based on client specifications
5. Plan and schedule interviews between candidates and clients while following up to gather all relevant data
