About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
2. Help coordinate employee engagement activities
3. Maintain HR documentation and databases
4. Support onboarding and exit formalities
5. Participate in performance tracking and feedback cycles
6. Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks
