About the internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR intern to support our team in day-to-day people operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Recruitment & talent acquisition support:
1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
2. Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
3. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and interviewers
4. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipelines
5. Draft job descriptions and post vacancies
B. HR operations & documentation:
1. Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases
2. Manage joining formalities, including documentation and onboarding checklists
3. Draft HR letters, such as offer, internship, and confirmation letters
4. Track attendance and leave while supporting basic HR reporting
C. Employee engagement & culture:
1. Plan and support employee activities, including birthdays, celebrations, and events
2. Manage internal communication and HR announcements
D. Coordination & admin support:
1. Coordinate with internal teams on HR-related requirements
2. Respond to routine HR queries from employees as assigned
3. Document HR policies and processes

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM/BA/BBA in HR or a related field
2. Good communication skills (English required; Hindi preferred)
3. Basic understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
4. Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
6. Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (optional)
7. Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring or job portals
8. Strong follow-up and coordination skills
9. Smart and presentable
10. Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
11. Strong execution and follow-up mindset
12. Professional behavior and discipline
13. Ability to work under deadlines
