About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
3. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
4. Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on job portals
5. Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
6. Assist in performance management documentation and tracking
