About the internship
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
As an HR Officer (Recruitment Intern), you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding manpower for various client projects. You'll work directly with senior HR officers and gain hands-on experience in workforce management and industrial recruitment operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the recruitment team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for different job roles.
2. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews as per project requirements.
3. Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
4. Coordinate with site supervisors and project HR teams for deployment updates.
5. Draft and publish job postings on social media and job portals.
6. Assist in the documentation and onboarding of new candidates.
7. Ensure smooth communication between the company and candidates.

A. Eligibility Criteria:
1. Qualification: MBA (HR) or any graduate.
2. Language Proficiency: Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bangla.
3. Work Mode: On-site (Kolkata Office).
4. Freshers/Final-Year Students can apply.
B. Skills Required:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
3. MS Office and Google Sheet proficiency.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Good command over English and Hindi (mandatory) as the recruitment is for blue-collar employees.
