About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support in creating job descriptions and managing job postings across multiple platforms.
4. Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets and recruitment reports.
5. Participate in campus hiring drives and employer branding initiatives.
