About the internship
Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms
2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
3. Conduct initial telephonic HR interviews
4. Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Work on live recruitment requirements
7. Assist the HR team with day-to-day hiring activities
