Create job descriptions and internship postings (for wealth, real estate, lending, operations, research, marketing, etc.).Source candidates via LinkedIn, Internshala, job portals, campus outreach, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.Coordinate interview scheduling with department heads.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Assist in preparing offer letteRs, internship letters, joining kits, and onboarding documentation.Conduct induction sessions for new interns and employees.
Ensure smooth integration of new joiners into the workplace.Maintain onboarding trackers and documentation logs.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave sheets, ID proof documents, and compliance files. Assist in preparing HR policies, SOPs, guidelines, and internal communication drafts. Support payroll inputs like attendance validation and monthly intern performance logs.
4. Performance Tracking & Training Support
Monitor intern productivity, deliverables, and weekly performance.Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building programs.Maintain feedback forms, evaluation sheets, and monthly review reports.
5. Employee & Intern Engagement
Organize team activities, cultural events, recognition programs, and celebrations.
Support initiatives to improve work culture, communication, and motivation. Assist in internal newsletters and communication campaigns.
6. Coordination With Departments
Work closely with wealth management, real estate, lending, operations and Marketing teams to understand hiring needs. Support the creation of clear role descriptions and performance expectations. Maintain tracker of departmental requirements and hiring stages.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting Assist in preparing weekly and monthly HR dashboards.
Track hiring numbers, performance metrics, attrition, attendance, and training records. Maintain structured data for management review.
